1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on your Apple ID.

3. Go to “Name, Phone Numbers, Email.”

4. Tap “Edit” beside “Contactable At.”

5. Tap the minus symbol next to your Apple ID email.

6. Tap “Delete.”

7. On the following prompt, tap “Continue.”

8. Enter your iPhone or iPad passcode.

9. Enter the email you want to use as your new Apple ID, then tap “Next.”

10. Enter the verification code sent to your new Apple ID to confirm the change.

Follow the steps below to change your Apple ID password on iOS or iPadOS.

1. Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on your Apple ID.

3. Go to “Password & Security.”

6. Enter and verify your new password, then tap “Change.”
